Most of you know me as a photographer, graphic designer, owner of B Photography & Designs. But there is so much more than just that and this is why I have decided to give blogging a try.

So THIS IS ME, I am BreAnn Fields, a 21 year old with a mile long list of dreams that I plan on chasing until they're checked off of that list. I have THE BEST support system.. my family, boyfriend and friends.

For starters...

SCHOOL; I am a Senior at the University of Maryland majoring in Communication and Digital Media. I am about to start my LAST semester, 3 classes, 9 credits, 5 months away from walking across that stage. (hallelujah; a blog post reflecting my first last day of school ever will come on Thursday).

FAMILY; my family is my LIFE. I have a large family, some people (like my boyfriend) say 'You are related to everyone in Frederick County...' It may seem that way because of the handful of cousins that I am constantly introducing him to every time we have a family gathering haha. But in reality, having a large family is THE BEST and on top of that were VERY CLOSE.There is never a dull moment with them and for that I am so grateful.

FAITH; In the past year my boyfriend introduced to a whole other side of myself that I had NO IDEA existed but now I am SO blessed to know about that side of me. He took me to church and ever since that very first Sunday of walking into Church of the Redeemer, it changed my life in so many ways. Praying and living for God on a daily basis can do so much to you. Church will teach you the importance of life, show you your weaknesses and strengths, challenge you and bring a whole different perspective to your life. I will forever be grateful and thankful that Tyler brought Church into my life.

AGRICULTURE; If you were to just see me out and about somewhere, would you know by just looking at me that I live on a farm, that I 'play' with 1300 pound cows on a daily basis? No probably not and that is probably what surprises people the most when they meet me. A 100 pound girl, man handling a 1300 pound cow... impossible. No way. Agriculture, 4-H, cattle... all of those things have shaped the person that I am today. I have learned what hard work is by living on a farm, having a living thing count on me to take care of them on a daily basis. (yes, having cattle is like having children.. you feed them, you bathe them, you clean up their 'mess').

WORK; For the past 4 years I have had the greatest opportunity to work with the University of Maryland Extension Office in Frederick County, MD as their 4-H Extension Program Assistant. I was a Frederick County 4-H Member for 10 years and the program has impacted my life in so many ways over the years. So, giving back to this program by landing a job with them has been a great experience. I have seen the amount of hard work it takes behind the scenes and have promoted 4-H and the agriculture industry to over 6,000 kids in Frederick County. (now that is something to be proud of).

MY #1 HOBBY; Photography and Graphic Design... how did I get into that? I have always enjoyed taking photos on my phone growing up and have loved creating artwork on the computer. About 4 years ago I bought my first camera just to see what it would be like to take photos on something other than my phone anddddddd from then on I have yet to put down my camera and  I am still continuing to strengthen my graphic design skills.

So why am I blogging? Blogging to me is a place where I can learn new things about myself, my areas of interest. I get the chance to reflect on things, big and small, that have happened in my life and share it with you! I have always wanted to blog but have always been afraid to do so but now I hope to inspire others to blog, discover and explore their potentials.

So here it is... the start of something way out of my comfort zone!
